Our Booking Terms – Travel with Confidence

Book Your Perfect Tour with Ease

Greetings! We are delighted to help you reserve your ideal tour. Simply share your preferences, and our team will take care of every detail.

A Tailor-Made Itinerary Just for You

Once we receive your request, one of our friendly travel consultants will contact you to review your needs and design a fully customized itinerary. After your approval, everything will be confirmed.

Booking Policy

Begin your dream journey with a 25% deposit of the total tour cost. During peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% deposit is required.

The remaining balance may be paid two days before arrival or in cash upon arrival. Travel with peace of mind — we handle everything.

Credit Card Payments

For credit card payments, a signed authorization letter is required to allow us to process the charge. The signature must match the one on your card and passport.

Fair Cancellation Fees (Excluding Peak Seasons)

  • From booking date up to 61 days before arrival: 15% of total tour price
  • 60–31 days before arrival: 35% of total tour price
  • 30–15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price
  • 14–1 day before arrival: 100% of total tour price

Airlines may apply their own penalties according to their policies, and a 5% bank fee will be deducted from any refund.

Cancellation Fees for Christmas, New Year & Easter

  • From booking date up to 61 days before arrival: 25% of total tour price
  • 60–31 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price
  • 30–15 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price
  • 14–1 day before arrival: 100% of total tour price

Airline penalties and a 5% bank fee also apply to refunds.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used. No refunds are provided for no-shows. A 5% bank fee applies to all refunds.

Force Majeure

Your safety is our priority. If a government or airline issues a travel warning for your destination, we offer flexible cancellation options. The paid amount may be refunded or converted into travel credit for future services. Airline change or cancellation fees and banking charges still apply.

Accommodation

Prices are based on double occupancy. Single rooms are subject to a supplement. Hotels are carefully selected for quality. Rates may change without prior notice.

Flights

Domestic Flights: Prices are estimated and schedules approximate. Fare changes may apply.

International Flights: We offer competitive airfare options from your country of origin.

Black Friday Offers

Exclusive Black Friday deals are available on our website until November 30. These apply only to new inquiries made during the promotional period. Seasonal exclusions may apply.

Liability

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, political unrest, or changes made by airlines or hotels. Any additional costs resulting from these events are not covered.

Special Requests Policy

Please inform us of any special requests at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, but they cannot be guaranteed, including pre-assigned seating. Such requests do not form part of the contractual agreement.

Children Policy (Sharing Room with Parents)

Policy 1 – Tour Packages, Nile Cruises & Hotels

  • Under 2 years: Free
  • Under 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Under 12 years: 50% of adult price
  • 12 years and older: Adult rate applies

Applicable for a maximum of one child sharing the room. Flight surcharges may apply.

Policy 2 – Sightseeing Tours & Excursions

  • Under 6 years: Free
  • Under 12 years: 50% of adult price
  • 12 years and older: Adult rate applies

Domestic flight or ferry supplements may apply.

Use of Photographs

For inspirational purposes, we may feature your travel photos on our website and social media channels.

Tipping

Tipping is customary and optional, at your discretion, and always appreciated by service staff.

Complaints

If any issue arises during your tour, please notify us immediately so we can resolve it. Should the problem persist, contact our Customer Relations Manager during your trip. Written complaints must be submitted after your return.

General Terms of Use

  • Users under 18 years old may not register or use the website.
  • All online payments are securely processed.
  • Cardholders must retain transaction records.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.
  • Services are not offered to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
  • Multiple transactions may appear as multiple charges on your statement.

Acceptance of Agreement

By submitting a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions outlined above. This constitutes the full agreement between the client and the company.
